Receive incoming calls in a call center environment utilizing a personal computer and multi-line phone system. Making new reservations, modifying and cancelling existing reservations. As a supervisor tasks include supervising clerks, monitoring wholesale companies and room counts to prevent over selling the hotel rooms.

Stocking linen locker and guest room attendant cart with linens and cleaning products. Cleaning guest rooms making sure that each room is spotless and clean. Calling in problems with rooms such as mechanical problems, dirty carpets and broken fixtures.

As an Administrative Assistant I was accomplished in ordering supplies for the entire facility for use by staff and use in commissary sales. During my tenure at the CNLV DC I never ran out of supplies or had overstock. I was responsible for the supervising of four inmate workers while in the warehouse making sure orders were pulled properly for inmate commissary orders. Pulling and delivering commissary orders.
