I am accredited as a Global Support Leader offering robust blend of industry insight and technology acumen with a career trajectory of 20+ years of experience in production engineering and supporting SaaS products. I drive overall strategy, organization design, program standardization, and strategies to maximize client satisfaction across the Global Support Organization. I create an environment of continuous improvement via efficient processes that deliver value and high client satisfaction. Furthermore, I serve as an executive sponsor to our new customers and assist them with their onboarding process. I also act as the executive escalation point for clients on critical issues. In addition, I drive a high-performance culture; focus on developing and managing a growing global Support team with increased accountability to meet performance and quality metrics. Throughout my tenure, I have led the implementation of Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) platform. I developed enterprise-class SaaS GRC applications and designed new product features. I have implemented the organization-wide information security risk management function in order to identify and monitor risks. I have spearheaded processes for the consistent capture of risk data and the associated reporting and analytics, as well as assumed responsibility for the integration of all GRC platforms. I have also designed tools for monitoring SaaS products and upgraded them.
