As Product Development Leader, my main duties included:- Work with leadership team to manage and develop latest release of Ericsson Charging & Billing Systems with the objective to reduce operators’ total cost of ownership.- Interpreting stakeholder needs and delivering projects in alignment with business objectives.- Managing planning and budget according to portfolio manager's rolling forecast.- Responsible to drive quality control & quality assurance through continuous improvement.

During my tenure as a Senior Solution Integrator at Ericsson BU Global Services, I was a technology savvy professional doing integration work for our customers around the globe. I did extensive travel in which I performed various roles representing Ericsson. During these years I thrived and excelled into seniority. Some of my tasks in this role included:- Deployed telecom solutions in emerging markets.- Understand end-to-end scope of work and design architectural solutions accordingly.- Carried out presales activities such as solution proposal, product demonstration, creating proof of concept and creating marketing documents.- Managed 2nd & 3d line Global Support.
