This significantly improved my ability to change contexts easily and delegate tasks effectively.3. I led my teams through a complete restructuring of the c-level management of the company, which brought about a huge change in work approaches and requirements. I acted as an advocate for change, explaining why such a radical restructuring was necessary, introducing new management and approaches to my teams, and creating a sense of calm amidst the dramatic changes.
