The Royal Riviera Hotel is a 158 room property. It is the second property in Doha operating under Al Hitmi Hospitality. First project is Fraser Suites Doha which I joined as a part of soft opening team. In The Royal Riviera Hotel I was assigned to coordinate and follow up in the pre –opening period special projects such as assignment and set up for offices, department storages, installation of new saunas, changing rooms, beauty salons, meeting rooms, room set up. Created and implemented SOP’s, training programs and manual for Front Office Operations all this in a period of 2 months. Hired, lead and directed a team of 50 associates for 2 years.Created incentive programs to promote sales and customer service scores for the Front Desk team. During this period walk-in revenue was the highest income exceeding the OTA and Corporate budget

- Coordinate details for both personal and business meetings in 2 private conference rooms- Assist with details - including audio/visual requirements, food and beverage and room set-up- Simultaneously use PSMS Hotel System and Delphi to obtain guest details, reserve event spaces and set-up billing- Part of a team who worked to create new, larger, 14 person meeting space (by building sales sheet, establishing layout, selling the space)- Extensive knowledge and use of Microsoft Office- Assist all hotel guests on daily basis with general Business Center needs (internet access, photo copying, scanning, faxing, etc.)

- Manned the Front Desk on the Overnight Shift (check-in, check-out, answering phones)- Sorted and organized all food and beverage receipts from the day- Prepared morning reports for all departments- Performed multiple postings and billings for end-of-day- Organized all registration for following day- Provided customer service to all hotel guests- Extensive knowledge of PSMS, HotSOS, GoConcierge and Microsoft Office

SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 NYC LAUNCH SUMMER 2012 NY, NY-Co-managed Samsung’s first 3-month Guerilla Marketing event that took place during the launch of Samsung’s number one selling phone, the Galaxy S3.-Oversaw a team of 10-15 brand ambassadors/product specialists in high traffic areas of NYC including Times Square, South Street Seaport, and Randalls Island.-Took part in many social media uploads during this ongoing event, while spreading the word about the newest technologies including AllShare, and NFC technologies.
