Gregor is a Principal Automotive at Capgemini Business Technology Solutions. His focus is agility and agile transformations within the automotive sector. Prior to this role he was a Senior Manager at Deloitte and a Manager at MHP - A Porsche Company working with major German automotive clients on their way towards forming agile organizations. He was also a Senior Project Manager at OBI next, which which is the corporate incubator of the OBI Holding, developing innovative strategies and pragmatic business solutions to further improve the Holding`s business model. At OBI next Gregor managed a transformation project to reshape OBI`s future store format. Before hand he has worked as Senior Consultant for Kurt Salmon (part of the Accenture Group) in multiple sectors such as fashion and luxury (leather; watches, apparel), department store chains, DIY and Private Equity across multiple countries in Europe and the USA including UK, The Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Germany and Austria. With Kurt Salmon`s Retail and Consumer Group, Gregor advised corporate clients ranging from traditional national businesses to multinational conglomerates to adapt to an increasingly fast changing environment and to foster their digital transformation. His areas of expertise include strategy & business model development, process analysis and improvement, supply chain, IT and omnichannel excellence. Gregor graduated from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and Catholic University Eichstatt-Ingolstadt (WFI School of Management) with semesters abroad at Kozminski University (Poland), Helsinki School of Economics (Finland) and CFVG University Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam), where he has made a strong circle of international friends and colleagues. Gregor spends his free time hunting, gardening and with his familiy.
