Support Manager
Current- Manage and support a team of Account Management Programmers (AMP) - Regular review of teams work to ensure proper business rules are followed- Regular review of teams tickets and projects ensuring that that there are no hold ups and any and all questions are answered appropriately and in a timely manner - Provide help trouble shooting issues through out the code base as well as provide insight on proper business coding standards- Construct documentation on defects found within the code base to ensure proper documentation is made for all changes with in the code base- Provide help with communicating with clients and when needed stepping in to help facilitate a deescalation of any issue(s)- Monitor the system and ensure no errors are occurring which would stop the flow of clients documents passing through the Smart Data Solutions' system-Monitor the length of time a document is within a certain status and ensuring that documents continue to move along through the the needed processes
