Supervise daily activities of the warehouse including Quality Assurance, Inventory Control, Space Management,Logistics, Floor Productivity, Shipping and Customer Service. Responsible and Oversee the day-to-day Warehouse and Dispatch Operations. To ensure Packing, Sorting, Scanning, Loading & unloading in the Warehouse. Responsible for Storage of Warehouse and Dispatched goods. Managing Contractual Employees, Truck drivers, Arranging for drop offs and deliveries. And scheduling loading dock usage of mechanized equipment such like forklifts. Taking care of all transit documentations and coordination with the transporters. Taking care of stock management and also to avoid the stock discrepancy. Monthly inventory management activities in the stores and dispatch area materials. Maintaining book stock & physical stock of the raw materials.

DCP, Co2, Water, Foam.• Preparing to the employees regained Safety Awareness, Fire Fighting, Personal Protective Equipment, Mock Drill, Fire Drill etc.
