• Responsible to act as a primary contact with customers and Sales Representatives. Key responsibilities are Order entry,pricing/quoting, obtaining current order status information, expediting existing orders, and providing a high level of customer service at all times.• Enter or edit customer orders in the assigned timeframes; ensure orders are accurate, complete and on proper order forms before handing to the Scheduling or Detailing department.• Assist customers with special order needs; consult the Detailing department on • Process orders, approximate Eta..etc• Communicate effectively with customers and Sales Representatives status and stock availability.• Keep customers informed of order status and ship dates and expedite if required• Respond to both external and internal customers’ needs, and assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. • Perform other duties as assigned, such as assisting with Marketing , Payment Processing and cold callings, sending out sales report and prepare Rga's etc.• Maintain communications with Sales Representatives regarding distributor issues, pricing, discounts and other information pertinent to Sales and distributors relationships.
