I strongly believe in volunteering in ones community. My own passion is giving back to our Military; and so the AMVETS organization is where I choose to give my spear time. I have been a member of this organization for several years and have been an Executive Officer for about three and a half years now. I currently hold the position of 1st VP.

Our Mission is to improve the quality of life for all residents of Central Islip, especially those with low and moderate incomes. We work to eliminate blight; promote business in Central Islip; build and rehab housing; provide financial literacy and employment opportunities.
