Open to new opportunities where I can use my research skills to enhance the output, develop guidelines, and implement corrective actions. I have spent my career in various aspects of health and sports management, athletics, and fitness with my experience encompassing wide-ranging activities, such as event planning, operations management, sales/marketing, program management, P&L, budgeting, teaching/training, research, human resources, and team leadership . I have also been fortunate to share my enthusiasm for the industry through various published works and public speaking events on a local, national and international level.My successes have included the planning and supervision of sports-related and fitness-related programs for various-sized groups, including the start-to-finish planning of events with hundreds of attendees. I have also demonstrated strong relationship management skills through my alliances with key industry leaders. Research interest include minorities in sport including gender and ethnicity with a specific inquiry in inclusion, exclusion, barriers, networks, discrimination.
