I am originally from Slovakia but my interests and need for quality education brought me to Czechia where I got my master degree from Computer Science. During my studies I also studied at San Diego State University in California, National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan and Kookmin University in South Korea.I started my professional career as an Android developer, got more skills and even worked on a project for Austrian Ministry of Agriculture as a Senior Android developer.I quickly realized I have passion for product development which I proved several times by building products like Tasty (https://vladimirelias.webflow.io/portfolio-project/tasty), Moderný občan (https://vladimirelias.webflow.io/portfolio-project/myhometown) and Eatster (www.eatster.app). I co-founded a software development agency Lunadio which was successful not only in Czech Republic but also abroad. Thanks to Lunadio I later got an offer to move to San Francisco to open up and lead a US branch of a Czech software development agency MasterAPP (www.masterapp.com).When Covid started I realized there will be need for digitizing the processes in hospitality sector but unlike everyone who were focusing on solving delivery, we focused on optimizing restaurants indoors ordering processes. That's why I am currently working as the CEO of Eatster where we digitize gastronomy using self ordering kiosks, QR codes, menu boards and marketplace apps with zero commission fees. FounderEliapps Jun 2014 - Sep 2016While studying at university I founded the eliapps company to make an extra income by building custom mobile apps for the customers as well as building my own products. The most notable products were: Tasty Food Scanner - app that knows your intolerances, allergies or other preferences and helps you choose the best groceries in the supermarket by simply scanning the barcodes. Later I was able to sell this startup to company called MasterApp where I later worked.
