I've been in sales for almost half a decade now for one reason in particular: I love watching people's faces light up when they finally get what they've been longing for and then walk away beaming. When I first entered the world of software, I was baffled by the complexity and the variety of commercially accessible solutions and worried that the fact that I was to sell a service wouldn’t allow me to experience the feeling I was so accustomed to. However, my teammates’ range of knowledge and experience in the domain of software development quickly assured me that they’re more than capable of not only understanding what the needs of our clients are, but as well of ensuring that these needs are met in the most cost, time, and quality efficient ways. In the mixed role of a Sales (Development) and a Business Development Representative in Phoenix Consultancy over the past 2 years, I’ve had the privilege of finding people who became our valued clients, some of whom we work with to this day. As a result, Phoenix Consultancy has grown quite a bit in this time, adding to the pool of some of the most amazing people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, let alone working with. So, my goal today and in the future is to continue this trend – to support the growth of my team while watching our clients smile with joy at what we create for them.
