- CoArchitect of several DMS + BPM solutions, including the one used within the multi-tenant company with 30,000 employees, 10+ million documents, and around 1 million process instances. Apart from the registry office, the solution provides modules such as vendor invoice approval, vendor contracts management, legal contracts management, HR documents and dossiers management, and so on. The solution is tightly integrated with third-party custom software for public procurements, qualified signatures module, SAP HCM, and SAP ERP.- CoArchitect of the DMS + OCR solution, used in international payment processing company for approval of vendor invoices, integrated with ABBYY OCR engine, as well as Oracle eBusiness Suite.- Involved in managing and executing of several enterprise-scale projects, related to the implementation of Oracle Enterprise Content Management and Oracle e-Business Suite applications, with client companies belonging to the public sector.- Involved in gathering clients' requirements and business processes analysis/re-engineering, in the initial phases of different software projects.- Defined and documented Oracle ECM solution architecture and design, including planning and developing custom extensions, and integrations with other (Oracle and non-Oracle) products.- Participated in the preparation of technical parts for several successful bids.- Delivered presentations oriented towards both potential customers (business users and management of the different companies) and public audiences, including Oracle Open Day events.
