Directed global cross functional teams responsible for NEC IMS, IPTV, Video, LTE, and management systems (service / network / QoS / QoE management) business development, marketing, solutions engineering, technical sales, technology evaluation, partnerships, and project / program management activities for service provider accounts such as Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Qwest.• Led numerous executive level meetings, workshops, and product evaluation / interoperability testing activities that qualified NEC to receive IMS/IPTV RFPs for the first time from Verizon & T- Mobile. Ensured first time invitation to participate in Verizon Interoperability Forum (VIF).• Managed and successfully completed NEC Verizon VIF and MSF IMS/IPTV/LTE Global Multi-Vendor Interoperability (GMI) testing activities with other major vendors: ALU, NSN, Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Nortel, and ZTE. This helped NEC to qualify and receive RFPs from Verizon.• Directed and collaborated with Verizon and AT&T to develop Verizon FiOS and AT&T U-Verse requirements for E2E network architectures, technologies, services, and standards including IMS / non-IMS models. Collaboration also included convergence, 3GPP LTE, content delivery and distribution, value added services such as cloud computing (SaaS / CaaS), telehealth, M2M communications, triple shift, location and presence based personalized services.• Developed Triple / Quad Play Services business models, strategies, and E2E network architectures for Telecom, Cable (MSO), and Enhanced Service (e.g., Google, Netflix, YouTube, etc) providers to prevent churn and to increase revenue.

Developed Trendium’s performance / service management system (ServicePATH) strategy, architectures, and requirements for Triple Play Services including QoS / QoE metrics.• Led AT&T LightSpeed and Verizon FIOS joint activities with Trendium. Collaborated with AT&T & Verizon teams to developed business and technical requirements, end-to-end solutions, and system integration requirements. Won over $20M contracts from AT&T.
