Assistant Logistics Officer (AS-4), Task Force Guardian: May 2021-present-Oversee maintenance, collection, distribution, transportation and supply services to support the state response to the COVID-19 Pandemic.-Coordinate distribution, collection, and maintenance of 48 vehicles, 22 laptops, and 12 wifi hotspots.-Supervise communication between military and civilian stakeholders regarding acquisition and distribution of vehicles and equipment for the Task Force.-Improve standard operating procedures to streamline communication across departments within the Task Force.-Consult with Task Force leadership to develop strategies for future supply needs.Battle Captain, Task Force Guardian: January 2021-April 2021-Ensure the safety and accountability of 62 soldiers at vaccination sites and food banks across the state.-Communicate relevant information from Task force Leadership to my reports.-Make sure that vaccination sites and food banks are properly staffed, and reallocate personnel to different sites as needed.-Create daily and weekly productivity reports for Task Force leadership and recommend staffing reallocation to maintain optimum efficiency at vaccination sites and food banks.Platoon Leader: 221st Military Intelligence Battalion, 177th Engineer Support Company March 2021-present-Manage safety, development, and training of 40-70 soldiers. -Collaborate with company leadership and other platoon leaders to create and execute training schedules.-Plan and lead missions in both garrison and battlefield simulation environments.-Organize transportation logistics of military convoys from Atlanta to Fort Stewart and visa versa.
