TECHNICAL SKILLS In depth knowledge of EPC Packages for BULK MATERIAL HANDLING & POWER PLANTS, MINERALS PROCESSING SYSTEMS / EQUIPMENT'S with overall responsibility:Study & Finalizing Technical specifications starting from concept level specification to equipment level specification containing design data sheets, plant layout design as per customer’s tender document from conceptual to commissioning phases, for Bulk Material Handling Systems.Finalizing process flow-sheets, P&ID, equipment list, GA & fabrication drawings.Basic and detail design calculations, both manual and with the aid of design software EPC packages and conveyors, crusher, screen, conveyors and other equipment’s and systems.Checking civil drawings with mechanical interface.Technical evaluation of bid documents for different suppliers.Technical compliance's report, recommendation of suppliers and technical interfacing with procurement and vendors – package & engineering.Review & technical approval of information & drawings submitted by vendors.Technical monitoring of vendor performance, including any necessary involvement in QA and inspection issues.Finalizing technical commercial proposal documents on EPC and Package basis for bid submission.Gathering and review of design inputs such as previous studies, vendor catalog, vendor certified data, relevant standards, Codes and information from other teams, sub-consultants or ClientStandardization of specifications, documents, drawings and proceduresProject life cycle study and continuous improvement.Overseeing work performed by design drafting personnel, including timely provision of necessary information, assignment of workload, and management of priorities.National and International marketing activities including business development of Power Projects and Bulk Material Handling systems on EPC Basis.Finalizing Techno-commercial contracts on EPC and Package basis.Project management, planning and Execution.
