I am responsible for managing a detailed marketing calendar that covers both regional and global activities. This includes everything from branding and internal communication to email campaigns, events, and engagements. I’ve executed and monitored numerous email marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with the global team to distribute marketing materials and ensure compliance with brand standards across the board.Part of my role involved auditing brand assets to maintain consistency, as well as developing corporate communication materials for the region. I also managed our Asset Management platform and oversaw comprehensive branding showcases, from planning events to organising various brand projects, such as corporate premiums and giveaways.

My role involves enhancing internal communication between Headquarters, the Regional office, and operating countries, ensuring clear updates and effective messaging reach local employees. I develop and implement strategic marketing plans for new product launches and collaborate with stakeholders to organise marketing events. I also work across departments to support various company initiatives.In addition, I work closely with creative agencies to create digital visuals and print advertising campaigns. I compile content for the corporate e-magazine and assist in crafting customer success stories to highlight our achievements. I also support budget monitoring, manage the company’s intranet portal, and handle ad-hoc maintenance of our corporate webpages.

I conduct bi-weekly calls with the HQ team to discuss website innovations, email marketing, and other activities to drive business growth and increase customer traffic. I prepare and update sales toolkits, assist in budget planning, and organise monthly marketing activities. Collaborating closely with the Marcom team, I ensure that our brand message and CI standards are effectively implemented. I also design marketing collaterals, manage printing materials, and handle the purchasing of corporate gifts. I liaise with stakeholders for marketing campaigns and trade show events, where I exceeded lead acquisition targets at one of the event. Additionally, I gather customer feedback, conduct competitor analysis before product launches, and manage the A&P budget.
