Current• Specialist role created in South Africa with the intention of analysing gaps in processes and procedures to identify areas where the bottom line can benefit from:o Training staff on foundational principles; new business processes; internal processes; data analysis; treaty terminology; retro distribution practices and fundamentalso Liaising with internal and external auditors to provide information required as well as training and investigation of varianceso Ad hoc long-term tasks such as the Pending Claims Verification project that seeks to identify and action various alternatives to reduce the value of unpaid claims on the system so as release reserves that feed directly to the bottom lineo Assistance in the creation of a claims process workflow using PIPEFY to track daily BAU; backlog processing; and projects at a granular level from start to finish o Acting Claims Administration Team Leader which takes into account all the functions mentioned below
