I started my career as a VMC operator. Due to some personal problems i quit my job and looking for an another one. Fortunately I became a production engineer in small scale company and i love that job too. After some Months, the dept which I expect most is one step ahead me. Because of my senior’s advice, I accept that opportunity. Guess what,! Became a quality person of that plant. At first I struggled a lot to survive on that feild, but because of some experience on production, I develop the knowledge of myself in quality control. My life was so beautiful on those days, and I learn my things day by day. My mistakes teach me more and more. But at the same time, I update myself to be good in my core dept. Months were passed, luckily i got a notification from NATS, for graduate apprentice. After clear all the tests I became a part of India’s largest and oldest organisation, Ordinance Factory Board (OF Board). Started my Graduate Apprentice Training in Heavy Vehicles Factory (HVF) AVADI. One more happiness is, my training is at Quality Assurance (QA) in General Assembly Shop. Am more excited, coz the one which i enjoyed and excited more in childhood holiday is Armoured Tank, which is the one am going learn. I learned many things about tanks and its specifications. Due to the pandemic situation my career had a break for a long. After that am back to feild, as an incharge in assy unit of fabrication again. Hopefully looking towards a honest and healthy growth of my career and health. Be bold and brave friends. Don’t hesitate to learn in working feild. Be good be happy...
