Team lead for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading an Electronic Health Record (EHR - Profiler) for Mental Health Services, Methadone Treatment Program, and Developmental Disabilities. Also in a maintenance and support role for the FQHC Community Health Care' center's EHR (NextGen).

Part-time/Temporary postion: assisting Information Services with analyzing and troubleshooting their enterprise electronic health record with the goal to identify end user issues versus application errors.

Acted in team lead capacity, assisting Lane County Health and Human Services with a new enterprise Electronic Health Record implementation project. Served as team lead of the Data Conversion Team, responsible for data mapping, project planning, data analysis, troubleshooting to ensure an accurate conversion from an Oracle based system to the new Uni/Care Pro-Filer system. Successfully led team to convert over 58,000 clients and their demographic data. I also served as a member of the Core Team, responsible for building the system's foundation, serving as technical liaison for all IS related tasks, system subject matter expert, end user trainer, and building the system's security configurations. Closely worked with Senior Programmer Analyst to review their coding, work on problem resolution, and ensure a successful conversion. I also assisted the Project Manager with various project administration tasks.

Provided administrative support to Executive Vice President. Compiled monthly production and benchmark reports, with a solid reputation for reporting accuracy. Developed compensation and forecast models. Analyzed profit and loss reports, identifying errors ranging from $2,000 to $20,000. Compiled detailed analysis reports, providing statistics and key data to aid in strategic planning. Created and maintained Access databases to track production, profitability, and operational efficiencies. Designed presentations to provide updates on corporate initiatives and division performances.
