Managing all tasks, coordination, and processes necessary to lead direct and digital response for current program. Marketing day-to-day activities, duties include researching, developing and maximizing campaigns related to Direct Marketing’s (DM) efforts and Digital efforts to grow the organization’s donor base and revenue. Supports the development and implementation of integrated, multi-channel strategies and increase donor experience and brand awareness. Executes the implementation of new test initiatives specific to direct response-marketing programs; monitors the results for effectiveness, communicates the success and/or failure of the initiative. Ensure sources and package codes are set up correctly for mailings, donation forms, landing pages and products. Manages fulfillment and external vendors. Develop processes with understanding of all data paths to ensure seamless workflows are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Launches new program strategic initiatives as necessary. Support new functionality for current program; optimize file layouts for transitions and adjustments.

Responsible for the overall administration and organization of the office clerical and administrative support services for department in an accurate and timely manner. • Processing messages and aiding donors with various problems and inquiries. Performs essential job functions within an established office environment under normal lighting and climate control tolerances. • Sorts, processes and pays invoices and AMEX according to current ALSAC policies.• Uses knowledge of administrative skills and organization to supervise support staff, including prioritizing and maintaining workflow. • Maintains office supplies and materials and orders supplies. • Prepares and sends donor acknowledgment letters.• Provides support and arranges for special events including obtaining special event supplies, processing checks and paying bills.• Processes incoming checks; processes expense reports for director and regional representatives; assists in preparing annual budget and office moves when necessary.
