• Collaborated with chemists to do research and quality testing on carbon fibers and its primer coatings to be able to analyze if the new prototype primer coatings who be more effective than the older model. I analyzed multiple quality test that was documented and sent to the manufactures of the coatings for ways to improve it.• Operated an SEM machine that took x-rays of samples that provided valuable data on what could be possible reasons for brakeage failures in both planes and SPRTO test that helped result multiple issues in the manufacturing plant that Maintenance was able to resolve. • Created an Excel Macros program that efficiently sorted data from an XRF gun so that team members who wanted to see the data and present it to meetings could see the data in a more organized format that would also make the data easier to interpret through graphs and note suggestions.• I Led the carbon lab team microscope data with a polarized light setting to measure the sizes of the carbon fibers, ECVI, and the extinction angle so that the strength and the porous structures of the carbon samples could be analyzed for better understanding of the carbon properties. • Profiled Carbon disks and recorded its tread to see how flat the face of the surface was to predict how well the brakes would work on the field.• Data managed carbon brake stacks and reported measurements and quality data to the testing unit so they could see potential issues with the stacks before SPRTO testing them.
