I began my career in the corporate world, spending over 18 years as an Executive Assistant collaborating with C-Suite executives in leading multinational companies. I became a bridge between management and teams, enhancing communication, aligning goals, and streamlining operations. Later, I transitioned into an HR Business Partner role, focusing on youth talent management, employee engagement, and performance development—experiences that now shape my holistic coaching philosophy.
