Which Cover Procurement, Inventory management, warehouse management, custom bonding activities, staff management and health and safety management.• Responsible for effective warehouse operations and purchasing activities of the assembly plant, as the HOD of the supply chain department.• Ensure assembly required materials - localized components and consumables are received on time for uninterrupted assembly.• Inventory movement analysis and supply issue predictions to raise orders on time to avoid stock out situation ( Engaging in Purchase requisition, Prioritizing, Order placement, Tracking, backlog clearing, lead time shortening & communication )• Ensure the process of Procurement-to-Pay is conducted effectively in terms of imports and local purchasing.• Periodical supplier visits and evaluation to improve performance and ensure suppliers are on track to achieve the monthly and annual targets.• Supplier service level agreements formation, renewal and evaluation to achieve expected outcome.• Plan and lead the warehouse team to supply all received materials to the assembly line within the given time frame to achieve daily assembly targets.• Assure all bonded materials received will be recorded & dispatched under agreed terms and condition of the customs agreement.• Maintain effective 5S and Kaizen practices in the operations to minimize wastage and for continual improvement of the efficiency.
