-Deciding and resolving the collective labor disputes that are referred to it in accordance with the applicable law, especially related to Labor Law of the Kingdom of Cambodia;-Consideration on a dispute shall be limited to addressing those, which are contained in the non-conciliation report including issues which are the direct consequences of the dispute but which arise from events subsequences to the date of the report;-Having fully power and authority to fully remedy any violation of provisions provided in the labor law, implementing regulations under the labor law, collective bargaining agreements or other obligations arising from the professional relationship between employer and employee;-Issuing notice about the award to the Department of the labor inspector or to the provincial/municipal offices of Social Affairs, Labor, Vocational Training, and youth Rehabilitation in order for these to assist in taking measures for the implementation of the award, and;-Providing Alternative Labor Dispute Resolution, Initials using Conciliation Process to Resolve Labor Dispute before they reach the Arbitration Council or Courts, and as well as acting as Mediator and issue order award on all collective labor disputes.
