As the CEO, I guide Crest Language Services LLC in the areas of Human Resources, Finance, Operations & IT. Besides spearheading company’s daily operations, my other responsibilities include organizing presentations, preparing facility reports, and maintaining the utmost confidentiality for my staff and clients.

Medical Interpreting in Healthcare setting maintaining HIPAA, PPI and other confidential information for the patients.

I was employed at Siloam Health from Oct 2019 to to 2022 as a Community Health Case Manager for refugees in Nashville by helping them to understand and utilize the medical resources available for them like medical insurance, TNcare Transportation and others as well as helping the Congolese, Rwandese and Burundian community during the Covid-19 pandemic. Under the supervision of Amy Richardson (Chief Community Health Officer), I was able to enroll 51 patients into the Refugee health Promotion program, serve them and close their cases successfully in 7 months).Besides, my other roles included Enrolling new refugee arrivals into Medical Case Management, I also helped qualifying refugees to get Medicaid coverage, Interpreted and Translated in Swahili, Kinyarwanda and Kirundi and Guided immigrants during Covid times and helped observing SOPS

Database maintenance was my major role, I was responsible for correcting all daily call andhave invoices ready before the next billing date. At Avaza, I also worked in a call centerrouting phone calls, interpreting English, Runyankole, Swahili, Kinyarwanda, Luganda,Kirundi and Rufumbila. Working at Avaza enhanced my professional qualities in terms ofpunctuality and time management. Calls routed ranged from emergences, medical, legal,insurance business and commerce as well as education and Police.

While volunteering with UN, I did interpret and translate documents in Swahili, Kirundi, Kinyarwanda and Rufumbila languages. I received certificates of appreciation from UNHCR. My certificates and recommendations are available upon request.
