After spending some time with their team to gain a better understanding of their situation we were able to implement a process for reviewing the activity on an account, they could utilize a set of verifiable outcomes that proved the buyer and seller had mutual agreement on the next steps which includes close dates. As a result they were able to better forecast their opportunities based on better alignment between the sales team and the buyer. In addition, they were able to monitor and react to their pipeline during the quarter to ensure they would reach their committed numbers.
