About Vendula Kučerová

I have 17 years of experience in sales, from sales representative through area manager, key account manager, purchasing manager to retail manager (sales & marketing director), project manager and head of sales and marketing. I was working for many different companies (FMCG - Retail, Horeca, Pharma, Bank sector, craftsmanship, production sites) on the projects which led to better efficiency, people development, new product launches, setting up new sales process, strategy, route to market or delivering sales results. I can bring new ideas from many different companies I was working for. I have strong analytical and organizational skills, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. I enjoy being part of, as well as leading, motivating and training, a successful and productive team that can exceed targets set. In my free time, I love to relax (skiing, golf, wellness, exercise) or playing sudoku (I was twice a representant of Czech Republic on the World Sudoku Championship), dancing (I won bronze medal on National Championship in Modern Gymnastics, I was dancing 3 years in the National Theater in Prague).
