Continuing after company re-branding to Cheetah Digital.- Understanding the client’s strategy and developing strong relationshop with clients such as Boots, Miele, NFU and American Express.- Management of campaign set up, data targeting, scheduling, delivery and pre and post evaluation.- Ensuring that all agreements are signed off by the customer (i.e. change requests, amends, new work requests)- Conducting daily workload reviews across the team in daily team scrums- Working closely with the Team Leader, Creative Studio Manager and Client Success team to sucessfully deliver the campaigns.- Monitoring campaign execution, monitoring all processes through to completion.- Performing weekly campaign plan reviews with the client to manage the flow and schedule of briefs.- Proactively supporting campaign planning by attending agency briefing sessions to ensure all channels i.e. social, web, email, SMS are aligned with the same targeted messaging.- Ensure all aspects of each project are completed and understood; Accept, approve and sign off on projects.- Ensuring the brief is to best practices and meets the campaign objectives while challenging the client where necessary.- Managing the team workload when Team Manager is away from office. Managing team workload, priorities and ensuring resources have support to complete their work.

This role entailed working on CheetahMail platform which is one of the leading Email Solution Platform's used to deploy Email Marketing Campaigns for the worlds leading clients. My primary account was Estee Lauder Companies UK and EMEA, however I have also had the opportunity to work on other accounts too.This role involved: • Managing multiple email campaigns; using Salesforce workflow daily to monitor my campaign queue. • Work against brief that is sent in via Excel or Salesforce iMH.• Liaise with client throughout the SLA process via email and/or call. Also, attend client meeting calls to ensure work is in progress. • Understand key HTML coding using Dreamweaver to edit.• Work on email marketing platform – Cheetah Mail. • Handle client's customer data securely and ensure it is uploaded for the platform correctly. Followed by applying the correct segmentation to target the correct audience.
