Vendum specializes in executive and team coaching for those who wish to achieve better results via proven and effective coaching methods, consulting, and training. We offer courses, workshops, seminars, counseling, executive coaching and other services that help people grow. The coach of Vendum is Alda Sigurðardóttir, MBA, ACC.

Managed and executed projects originating from the Office of the University President (Dr. Svafa Grönfeldt and Dr. Ari Kristinn Jonsson) and was involved in strategic decision making regarding a wide range of projects. These projects included strategic planning of the University and various types of special projects completed in conjunction with the RU student association, the Ministry of Education and the Federation of Iceland Industries. Managed daily affairs for the Office of the President, including collecting data for the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee, preparing speeches, and serving as the liaison between the RU Student Association and the University President. Also served as the executive assistant to the Office of the Provost, Dr. John B. Vander Sande, who came temporarily from MIT.Director of Communications (2008)Tasked with creating communication policies and procedues, as well as maintaining and facilitating communications between admintration, faculty, and students. Also continued marketing resposonibilites from previous position. Director of Student Relations & Web Master (2006-2007)Responsible for production of various events for both prospective and new students, worked closely with the Director of Marketing to conduct research and produce marketing materials and faculty brochures, and oversaw university website redesign. Also managed special projects for the Office of the President.
