Responsible in checking drawings related to piping and related equipments to comply with client requirement, construction specification, class standards such as ABS, Aramco etc. Review of piping design drawings and modifying when required along with designers and draftsmen for General Arrangement Drawings, Isometrics, Bill of Materials, MTO etc. Coordinating with owners, vendors and regulatory bodies for matters related with engineering design & specifications. Review of quotes for equipments/ piping related material in compliance with requirement from client and construction specification. Checking of equipment orientation drawings for consideration of spacing, accessibility, operation & maintenance requirements. Calculation of pipe wall thickness & sizing for high pressure hydraulic service from manifold to equipments. Pressure drop calculations for pump service systems to calculate the flow requirement at the service and input. Review of drilling & other equipment specifications (includes HP piping and hydraulic systems) Preparation of calculation reports & datasheets for client/ class submission of various piping systems, sub contract scopes & equipment order. Technical evaluation of piping components and equipments. Revision of drawings to comply with Surveyor and client specifications. Attend weekly internal and client meetings for monitoring progress and schedule. Liaise with client, production, commissioning & class to resolve concerns and provide accurate engineering solutions. Manage man hours for designated project and arrange work accordingly for the piping team such as designers and draftsmen. Respond to project field reports, client resolution sheet and provide corrective solution. Provide advance revision notifications, engineering change notifications and engineering request for quotation to the related departments. Engineering representative of Lamprell's Sustainability committee.

Associated in project material planning, job scheduling, contract management, site supervision and coordination of construction activities during the pre-commissioning & commissioning period. Exposure to Refinery piping jobs and associated structural works, coordinating fabrication & erection of piping spool, supporting of piping system and testing of piping loops. Interpretation of isometric drawings and identification of piping test loops using P & ID and relevant ISOMETRIC drawings. Acquired in-depth knowledge in erection and testing of static equipments like heat exchangers, vessels and columns. Actively participated in the shutdown of VGO unit: - tube & shell side testing for leaks & heat exchanger erection, fabrication & erection piping works for modification as per process requirement. Familiarized with high pressure reactor systems and connected equipment and piping. Familiarized with codes and standards like ASME, ASTM and API associated with process piping and piping materials. Familiarized with piping classification and standards for piping fabrication & testing by project management consultant M/s EIL.
