Ux Designer
Current• Responsible for the design of several web app projects within the Daptiv PPM product• Apply and manage UX design process from discovery through detailed design• Design, plan and conduct user research to understand user goals and gather design requirements• Collaborate with Product Management on product strategy and direction to determine new features and priority• Generate design concepts and evolve them over a series of user studies• Collaborate with dev teams to understand feasibility and effort on various design options, delivering maximum value and best experience at lowest cost• Create and deliver detailed interaction and visual specs prior to sprints, and provide design support throughout dev cycles• Advocate for a lean UX approach, recommending ways to adapt UX processes within an agile dev environment
