- Work closely with Directors and the Senior Management Team to assist with day-to-day tasks as assigned.- Handle inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for team members.- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns.- Assist in coordinating company events, including virtual and in-person gatherings, to promote team building and positive company culture.

- Work with the Maintenance Manager to ensure complete and updated information is available prior to each maintenance visit- Update the Grassports leads database, Passport 365, and any other relevant systems to provide improved maintenance services and reduce response times for customer enquiries- Assist the Maintenance Manager to prepare Grassports Maintenance Quotes and/or Sales Proposals.- Update the Grassports customer relationship management system (CRM) or other project management systems - Help with the distribution of maintenance marketing materials to prospects and existing customers
