• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying and assuring quality of goods. • Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy • Measure and report effectiveness of sorting activities and employee performance • Ensures security measures and control • Inventory management • Enforces FIFO (First In, First Out) on parcels • Conducts performance evaluation • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices • Assign, guidance, supervise and support staffs in the daily warehouse operations in order to ensure compliance with the processes and procedures have been issued • Check and make sure all parcels are managed properly. • Supervise the classification of parcels by daily delivery route to riders • Ensure all warehouse operations will be carried out on time, in accordance with quality requirements. • Responsible and prevent loss of parcels in stock

- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets - Managing office supplies stock and placing order - Maintain and update company databases - Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments  - Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned - Schedule in-house and external events - Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
