- Conducted capacity development training for Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) on Social Infrastructure Building, Enterprise Development, Economic Support, and Climate Resilient Farm Productivity.- Authored write-ups and articles on DAR milestones, ARBO and ARB success stories, and managed social media publications.- Facilitated ARBO organizing and strengthening activities, including capacity building on organizational management and governance.- Conducted training on Barangay Agrarian Reform Committee roles, policies, and directives.- Assisted ARBOs in SEC registration through the eSPARC system and preparation of documentary requirements.- Coordinated agro-enterprise development trainings, marketing strategy sessions, and capability building under the Rice BIS Project.- Prepared PARCCOM resolutions, communication letters, and memorandums for government agencies, Congress, and stakeholders.- Provided administrative support before, during, and after PARCCOM and PCIT meetings, including coordination and documentation.- Developed activity designs for production and supply planning, and conducted training workshops and consultation meetings for ARBOs and ARBs.- Coordinated consultation meetings and partnerships with government agencies to support sustainable development through the End Local Communist Armed Conflict (ELCAC) Partnership Program.
