Working at 901 Hotpot & BBQ enhanced my communication and customer service skills. I guided new guests through the hotpot and BBQ experience, explaining how the menu worked and recommending ingredients to help them make the most of their visit. I worked with other servers as needed and supported a clean, welcoming environment by cleaning stations and grills at the end of each shift.

As someone who is introverted, I initially found working at Bonchon challenging. However, the experience pushed me to develop communication skills and build confidence when interacting with guests. As a Host, I welcomed and seated customers, managed reservations, and took phone orders. In my role as a Server, I provided attentive service by delivering food and beverages and addressing guest needs with professionalism.
