Created and maintained materials to provide a portfolio of continuous agility and more specifically scrum and kanban learning. Regularly onboarded various level of leadership from technology and business product partnerships to ensure quality features were delivered to the market. Spoke at Agility conferences, supported talent recruitment effort focused on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, assembled materials and restructured programs to appropriately align to the right school audience (from middle school to - sophomores in college). Mentored junior and senior level scrum masters and agility leads and establishing the foundation of an Agility Lead mentoring program for JPMC. I supported youth activities for Girls Who Code, was a speaker for Code Differently, assisted in planning Generation Tech youth Hackathon, NCA&T Hackathon, mock interviews with Morgan State University, and supported a host of onsite visits from various HBCUs, local high schools and cyber-based youth programs.
