Disassemble and clean all vats, pumps, freezers, pipe lines, injectors, whirlers and variegate set up, valves, filling machines, conveyors, and other equipment used in the manufacturing process;Properly operate CIP system for work center being cleaned;Sanitize and reassemble above equipment in accordance to daily production schedule.Clean and sanitize all floors, walls, and drains associated with and in proximity to the work center being cleaned.Perform preventative maintenance activities including gasket, o-ring, and seal replacement to the above referenced equipment.Prepare centers for start-up with stock and ingredients, and fill and pre-freeze freezers. Assist and deliver a running operation to the machine operator.Follow all Company, State, and Federal requirements, ensuring compliance with all GMP’s, SOP’s, and any other regulation.Work effectively as part of a team and display a positive attitude.Be cooperative and take initiative to ensure smooth operations.
