Ms. Fields was recognized by Board Prospects in 2023 as one of the Top 25 Black Board Members in the US. Ms. Fields was also named by the NACD to the 2021 NACD Directorship 100 in August 2021. Currently, she serves as an Independent Director for the public company, Superior Group of Companies (NASDAQ:SGC). SGC was established in 1920, and has operations in the United States, Brazil, China, Costa Rica, Haiti, and India.In addition, she serves as an Independent Director for these TWO private businesses: 1) Lifespace Communities, Inc., an owner and operator of seventeen (17) senior care living communities throughout the Midwest and Florida; 2) IMA Financial Group, the fifth largest independently owned broker in the United States. The Company provides insurance and wealth management solutions to individuals and privately-held businesses. IMA has primary operations in Colorado, Kansas, Michigan and Texas.In her career, Ms. Fields is Partner for Pelham S2K Managers, LLC, providing junior capital and private equity investments for middle market companies.
