Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Guide the Football, Basketball, Net Sports, and eSports analytics clusters, focusing on key initiatives that drive the understanding of factors influencing sporting event outcomes.Data Management: Spearhead the construction and strategic planning of business analytics databases to support data-driven decision-making.Performance Insights: Conduct comprehensive performance analysis and deliver insightful presentations to stakeholders.Project Assessment: Implement project evaluation surveys to measure success and inform future strategies.Predictive Analytics: Develop sophisticated sports prediction models to forecast outcomes and enhance competitive strategies.Operational Excellence: Create operations optimization models to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Additional Contributions:Talent Acquisition & Development: Engage in active recruitment through referrals, career talks, and by answering questions at job fair booths.
