Ø  Having 2.8 years of experience with Veritas NetBackup Version 7.0 through 8.1.2Ø  Having 2.8 years of experience in configuration Veritas NetBackup Appliance storage systems:Symantec 5220 and 5230.Ø  Experience with backup and recovery configuration of MS-Windows, Standard, SAP, VMware, Microsoft Exchange, and NDMP backups.Ø  Possess skills working with VMware backup configuration, Virtual Restore and Disaster Recovery Backup Administration.Ø  Generating Reports from the OPS Centre.Ø  Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITIL process and supporting procedures.Ø  Be responsible for the support and maintenance of a large monitoring infrastructure.Ø  Working Knowledge on Incident management, Change Management and Problem Management tickets and Manage Engine service desk ticketing with ServiceNow tool.Ø  Fixing hardware issue with tape library by coordinating with the Vendors and tape handlers in the specific locations.
