Worked with Mortgage closing and Business Intelligence Teams , where my responsibilities include :- Preparing and sending out the Mortgage final closing statement for clients residing in the US within the SLA.- Fetching stack data of employee performance and posting it in display. - Automated several daily manual reports using VBA and Macros which helped the team to deliver quality and faster reports. - Involved in various other small projects around improving the reporting and analytics.
