With over eight years of experience as a data engineer, I am passionate about building scalable and reliable data architectures and pipelines that enable data-driven decision making and insights. I have extensive knowledge and skills in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, CI/CD, Spark, Flink, Kafka, and SQL. I currently work as a GCP Data Engineer at Anthem, Inc., a leading health benefits company that strives to improve lives and communities. I share Anthem's vision of transforming health care with trusted and caring solutions, and I am committed to delivering innovative and high-quality data solutions that support Anthem's mission and goals.In my current role, I work on developing and deploying big data architecture on GCP, using services such as DataProc, Dataflow, PubSub, GCS, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Stackdriver, Cloud Logging, IAM, and Data Studio. I also develop and maintain Apache Flink-based data processing pipelines for real-time analytics, handling large volumes of streaming data. I integrate Apache Flink with Apache Kafka to enable reliable and scalable data ingestion from multiple sources, ensuring data consistency and fault tolerance. Additionally, I implement CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build in the cloud with GIT, Maven, and Jenkins plugins, ensuring efficient and automated software delivery. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists, and I constantly seek to learn new technologies and best practices in the data engineering field.
