Current1. Define the Past Problem History Roadmap and lead a cross-functional team within SDT ensuring applicable issues are closed before first customer part requirement.2. Developed the Prototype, Pre Production and Production Control Plans for the program.3. Develop the Measurement System Analysis Plan for the program. Responsible to ensure variable and attribute Gagestudies are conducted on all gauging and improve Gage R&R where data indicates need.4. Implementation of the Manufacturing Quality Systems for the prototype, pre-production, and production builds asdefined in BOS and/or specified on the Production Control Plan.5. Completion of inspection reports for components that are used for pre-production product builds.6. Experience in performing capability studies and document the results for all program special characteristics ensuringthat Customer and internal requirements are met.7. Responsible for color/appearance approval from pre-grain to PPAP, including proper Customer submissionpaperwork.8. Responsible to coordinate the preparation and on-time delivery of PPAP packages for submission and approval by theCustomer.9. Responsible to coordinate with the SAQE the preparation and on time delivery of supplier quality deliverablesincluding: Control Plans, Capability Plans, Capability Studies, Part layouts, Gage design, Gage R&R, PFMEA, andDFMEA.10. Utilize all applicable Customer-specific systems.11. Ensure appropriate statistical methods are utilized throughout the Product and Process Development process anddeployed into the Control Plan.Responsible for completion of all other Customer-specific Advance Quality requirements. Ensure Customer, internal, and supplier quality issues are resolved using problem solving methods (8D, 5 whys, KT). Develop appropriate inspection and containment plans for pre-launch builds. Perform job functions in accordance with set policies and procedures to ensure preservation of the Company Ethicsand Quality Policy.
