Cylinder head gaskets, elastomer & metal elastomer gaskets, Heat shields & under body cover parts & plastic cam covers.Job Profile: Head of Quality Department & Management Representative.Responsible for effective functioning of Quality Department. Day to day management of quality team consisting of 6 engineers & 18 technicians.Implementation of all customer specific requirements & periodic training & awareness.Conducting monthly MRM's & periodic review of CIP's with respective departments.Monthly reporting to central quality (Germany) on plant key metrics & QMS.Customer complaint resolution & reporting.Co-ordination with all concerned for customer specific system & process audits & preparing action plans.Responsible core team member for APQP & PFMEA preparation & reviews.Selection & procurement of IMT&E for quality department.

Sanaswadi as AGM - Quality which is a leading seating damper manufacturer for Automotive and non-Automotive sectors. Also having a metal forming division for manufacturing seating suspension systems & seating sub-assemblies.Job Profile: Head of Quality for both plants.Responsible for all QMS activities pertaining to TS-16949 systems & ISO-14001.Responsible for daily management of quality department of both plants. Responsible for supplier development & audits. Responsible for daily functioning of quality department for both plants.Responsible for scheduling & conducting conference calls with overseas customer.Responsible for implementing continual improvement projects & Kaizens.Responsible for analyzing & resolving quality concerns from customers & documenting the same in appropriate problem solving documents.Responsible for welding process qualification & process validation of all weld joints per AWS D1.3 weld standard.Responsible for vendor development & supplier improvement program.As a MR responsible for periodic review of key process performances & quality indicators.Responsible for planning & conducting of process & product audits.Achievements:Reduction in customer complaints.Successfully implemented a new seat suspension assembly project for a leading Seating Mfg. company in the US. Worked at the customer plant in the US for two weeks. After studying the entire seating system & manufacturing process, it was replicated in our plant in India. Co-ordinated & completed a project on seat slides for a leading seating manufacturer in the US, which had a requirement of 1.5lac sliders / per annum. Instrumental in completing a cellular assembly line setup with daily output of 1000slides /day.
