- Led design and delivery for introduction of Prime benefits to podcast content. Amazon offers the largest catalog of ad-free podcast content. The launch significantly increased podcast MAUs.- Defined compliance posture and drove implementation to meet EU’s Digital Markets Act (DMA). Served as tech lead for ~150-person org during this cross-functional initiative involving engineering, legal, product, QA.- Built Alexa recommendations features, subscriptions, casting, internationalization, and Google & Siri support. Increased engagement and reduced friction in voice experiences.- Coordinated Amazon volunteer partnership for Seattle / King County Clinic (annual event which helps ~3000 people with medical needs) in 2024. Liaised with Clinic leaders, and drove employee sign-ups by working with the Amazon Community & Public Policy teams to promote the event.

- Designed and built foundational services (catalog, voice), and delivered key features for launch of podcasts on Amazon Music (multi-million MAUs).- Drove launch readiness (latency, scalability, CI/CD best practices) for multiple new customer-facing services across the stack, which collectively handle hundreds of thousands of requests per second.

- Designed and implemented framework to enable Android devs to perform local E2E validation. Reduced lines of code from millions to thousands compared to legacy framework, while adding support for multi-device execution, automatic retryability, and test result reporting.- Implemented service for remote execution of E2E tests on AWS Device Farm. Reduced team’s expenditure on physical device lab while expanding device coverage.

Built components of tools for physical device lab management and test results analysis. Wrote automated E2E tests and owned automated load testing & analysis, which contributed to scaling PV from 4 to 200+ countries.

- Designed and developed a data visualization tool for analysis of internal processes. Used by dev and QA managers in the Seller Experience org to track long-term trends in bugs and project execution.- Owned all aspects of quality (test plans, automated tests, security, performance, accessibility) for automated customer service flows and seller experience.

- Designed and implemented computer vision & image processing techniques for efficient automation of agricultural tasks and analysis of aerial images.- Responsible for researching, implementing and testing systems & algorithms for 3D object localization and pre-processing images for further analysis.
