Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members tomaximize their productivity and efficiency.• Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactivelyaddress issues that may impact project timelines or quality. Ensure projects are deliveredwith minimal disruptions.• Communication: Facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders. Provideregular status updates, reports, and presentations. Ensure transparency and alignmentamong team members and stakeholders.• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define and implement quality standardsand processes. Ensure that software products meet or exceed quality expectations.• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within thedevelopment teams. Implement agile best practices and lessons learned from previousprojects to enhance efficiency and product quality.• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring that projects aredelivered within the allocated budget. Identify opportunities for cost optimization.• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and keystakeholders. Understand their needs and expectations and ensure that project outcomesalign with their goals.• Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
