 Managed a cross-functional team of 17 located across 3 locations (Bengaluru, Singapore, and New York) of two scrumteams, one team having 9 developers and another team having 8 developers and POs. Optimize and facilitate sprint planning, daily scrum calls, reviews, sprint releases, demos, retrospectives, and backlogrefinement related activities and ensure that they are productive and effective. Work on JIRA to set up projects, create boards, create dashboards, generate reports, and track and monitor end-end delivery. Collaborate with the team to ensure a well-maintained working agreement, DoR, acceptance criteria, DoD and educate theteam to maintain good just enough documentation of the work done. Resolved impediments of team members by constantly following up with intended members/teams. Facilitate & collaborate with on-site and offshore teams and ensure seamless transitions always happen. Status calls with my Project Manager and Delivery Manager wherein I present the KPIs of sprint, capacity, velocity, riskregister, project health, lessons learned, sprint forecast report, and key points that need leadership attention. Work closely with the product owner to ensure a well-maintained product backlog and prioritize backlog as part of theproduct backlog refinement activity.

 I was accountable for two scrum teams, with one team having 8 developers and another team having 5 developers, POs. I facilitate the agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives,ensure the scrum framework is effectively implemented and followed by the scrum team. I have created and managed kanban workflow stages, WIP limits, backlog prioritization, and facilitate kanban ceremonieslike daily stand-ups, flow meetings, and retrospectives. Identify and remove any obstacles or impediments that may prevent the team from achieving their goals and help themimprove their velocity and quality. Under the SAFe framework, I have worked & collaborated with other scrum masters (Scrum of Scrum) and stakeholderswithin the ART to coordinate activities, plan program increment (PI) events, and ensure alignment.

 I was responsible for facilitating all scrum events, which included sprint planning, daily scrum call, sprint reviews, andretrospectives. Facilitate the creation and prioritization of the product backlog using user story mapping techniques. Guide the team in crafting and refining user stories, ensuring alignment with DoD and DoR Coordinate and manage release planning and execution, ensuring smooth deployment & minimal downtime. Ensure all user stories have clear and measurable acceptance criteria before sprint planning. Monitor and analyze team metrics (velocity, capacity, burndown/burnup, sprint report, cycle time, lead time, wait time) toidentify areas for improvement.
