This plant was engaged in manufacturing of condenser coils and evaporator coils for Auto Airconditioning Systems, and R&D activities. The main machinery/ equipment were Vacuum Brazing Furnace and Nocoloc Brazing Furnace for aluminium brazing; PLC controlled, Pneumatic and Hydraulic SPMs like tube bending m/c etc.Apart from above I had responsibility of maintaining the Climatic Wind Tunnel and other simulators, which were meant for dynamic testing of vehicle for all air conditioning and engine cooling tests in controlled temperature, humidity, vehicle speed, dynamometer load and solar load conditions.My team size was 4 and my reporting was to Manager-Maintenance.
