• Attending kick-off meeting and Communicating advice on post award support to project team on commercial and contractual matters including reviewing and drafting of correspondence.• Follow up and ensure timely delivery.• Preparing the cost estimate based on the design stages and evaluate the same with the Employer for any VE if required.• Reviewing the Psum & PC items and float the enquires, obtaining quotes, negotiation and providing final recommendation to the employer.• Make sure all the nominations to Contractor from the employer are done as per the approved Base line program.• Certifying the IPC, FPC, Variations and maintaining the Contemporary records.• Manage and produce accurate formal cost reports in accordance with business timetable.• Principle understanding of FIDIC specifically clauses related to Monthly Statement (IPC & FPC), Monthly Payment, Liquidated Damages, Taking over certificate, Retention, Time of completion, Time of Payment, Statement at completion, Final Statement, Discharge Letter & variations.• Supply all relevant information to, and perform all duties assigned by reporting Manager.

Review and comment on Tender Documents prepared by consultant, analyzing the Bill of Quantities against the scope of work, specification, drawings, etc. Issuing Tender for Enabling Work, Main Work Package, PS/PC items, based on Approved Vendor List (suitable for the requirement). Preparing technical and commercial evaluation reports, reviewing and audit reports done by staff. Negotiate with Contractors / suppliers about commercial and technical terms. Follow up with the revised offer.  Liaise with the Contracts Legal Division, Finance and Insurance Departments to ensure that contracting strategies, tenders and contracts are in full compliance with company Policies and Procedures. Proposing selected bidder to management for approval. Preparing and issuing LOI/LON/LOA and Work Order, Sub-Contract Agreement, etc.  Preparation of contract documents incorporating the effect of all negotiations, clarifications and qualifications.
